  • Translation and Document Processing Services: Translation, formatting, and preparation of documents as required.

  • Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information to enable effective service delivery. Al-Faris Consulting Ltd is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • Services are provided based on the information and instructions supplied by the client, and clients acknowledge that outcomes may depend on third parties, authorities, or external factors outside our control.

2. Fees & Payment

  • All fees for services provided by Al-Faris Consulting Ltd are agreed in writing in advance and must be paid in full before any work commences.
  • Clients acknowledge that services are considered commenced once Al-Faris Consulting Ltd begins any task, including document review, advisory, communication with authorities, or coordination with third parties.
  • Once services have commenced, all fees are strictly non-refundable, and clients waive any right to claim refunds for work performed, time spent, or resources allocated.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided are accurate, complete, and timely. Delays, errors, or omissions caused by clients do not entitle them to any refund or reduction of fees.

  • Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases where services cannot be provided due to internal constraints, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Al-Faris Consulting Ltd to perform its services effectively.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm.
  • Any reliance on advice, recommendations, or services provided is at the client’s own risk.
  • Our liability for any claims arising from our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
  • Clients agree that they will not hold Al-Faris Consulting Ltd responsible for any outcomes, actions, or omissions of third parties, including UAE partners, service providers, or authorities.

This Limitation of Liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives the termination of the engagement.

By engaging Al-Faris Consulting Ltd for any services, clients expressly acknowledge and agree that:
