1. Scope of Services

• Advisory and Procedural Support: Administrative, procedural, and emergency consultations to guide clients through UAE processes.
• Document Review and Guidance: Review and guidance on contracts, agreements, official documents, and other paperwork.
• Business and Corporate Support: Assistance with company formation, visa services, regulatory guidance, and other business-related processes.
• Translation and Document Processing Services: Translation, formatting, and preparation of documents as required.

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information to enable effective service delivery. Al-Faris Consulting Ltd is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Services are provided based on the information and instructions supplied by the client, and clients acknowledge that outcomes may depend on third parties, authorities, or external factors outside our control.

2. Fees & Payment

• All fees for services provided by Al-Faris Consulting Ltd are agreed in writing in advance and must be paid in full before any work commences.
• Clients acknowledge that services are considered commenced once Al-Faris Consulting Ltd begins any task, including document review, advisory, communication with authorities, or coordination with third parties.
• Once services have commenced, all fees are strictly non-refundable, and clients waive any right to claim refunds for work performed, time spent, or resources allocated.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided are accurate, complete, and timely. Delays, errors, or omissions caused by clients do not entitle them to any refund or reduction of fees.

3. Refund Policy

• Commencement of Work: Services are considered started once we perform any tasks on your behalf, including document review, advisory, or interaction with UAE authorities or partners.

• Non-Refundable Fees: All fees are final after service commencement.

• Scope Confirmation: Clients should review and confirm the service scope before engagement. Once confirmed, the scope is binding.

• Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases where services cannot be provided due to internal constraints, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibility & Cooperation

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Al-Faris Consulting Ltd to perform its services effectively.

• Any delays, errors, or issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client cannot be used as grounds for refunds.
• Al-Faris Consulting Ltd is not liable for any consequences resulting from the client’s failure to provide necessary or correct information.
• Clients agree to cooperate fully with Al-Faris Consulting Ltd and its trusted partners or service providers as reasonably required to facilitate the requested services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Al-Faris Consulting Ltd will provide services using reasonable skill, care, and diligence. However, clients acknowledge and accept that:

• We cannot guarantee approvals, outcomes, or results from UAE authorities, regulatory bodies, or any third parties.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, damages, or expenses, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm.
• Any reliance on advice, recommendations, or services provided is at the client’s own risk.
• Our liability for any claims arising from our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
• Clients agree that they will not hold Al-Faris Consulting Ltd responsible for any outcomes, actions, or omissions of third parties, including UAE partners, service providers, or authorities.

This Limitation of Liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives the termination of the engagement.

6. Acceptance

By engaging Al-Faris Consulting Ltd for any services, clients expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• They have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policies provided by Al-Faris Consulting Ltd.
• They are entering into the engagement voluntarily and with full knowledge of the scope, limitations, and disclaimers of our services.
• They accept that Al-Faris Consulting Ltd is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from their engagement with third parties, authorities, or partners.
• They agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al-Faris Consulting Ltd from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of our services or reliance on third-party actions.
• This Acceptance clause applies from the moment services are requested or commenced, and constitutes a binding agreement under UK law.
